what fern wore: 'merica.

This is what Fern wore to her first 4th of July parade in our neighborhood. We missed it last year, so I was looking forward to joining in this year. It was super cute seeing all the kids in their red, white and blue garb with decorated bikes and wagons...made me excited to see Fern grow up here.

Dress: Gap (hand-me-down)
Shirt: Zara
Vest: Old Navy
Shoes: Saltwater
Hair Clip: Vintage off Etsy

And, this is the borrowed sweatshirt she wore later on to light little fireworks with our friends Jake and Casey. Just as cute I think :).

Also, how cute it her little Radio Flyer wagon that my parents got her? They decked it all out for the parade. Grandparents are the best :). Which reminds me...we're heading out tonight to spend the next week in California to visit family with my parents and perhaps a trip to Knotts Berry Farm while we're at it. Can't wait to share pics!

My posts will be scarce next week due to travel, but I'll share when I can and you can still check out my pre-scheduled posts over at Disney Baby and Babble!

Love and Independence,

Lauren
