what fern wore #12

Fern got her first pair of Chuck Taylors and I couldn't resist breaking out mine too.

It started with just the shoes and then I got a bit carried away and coordinated our entire ensemble. Yeah...I'm "that mom"...you know...the one who matches her kid. Simultaneously awkward and awesome.

 











On Fern:
sweater: Stella McCartney for Gap (hand-me-down)
jeans: Old Navy (similar)
shoes: Converse
headband: American Apparel

On Me:

top: Old Navy
locket: Alder & Co
sweater: F21
jeans: BDG
shoes: Converse
bag: Infusion

I realize that Fern's outfit is infinitely cuter than my own, but that's cause she's way more fun to dress and really the only reason I included where my stuff was from was in case you were curious about the accessories :).

    Emphasis on the awesome. My little guy has those shoes and consequently never wears his other shoes. Chucks in every size please!

    So fun! Pearl has Converse too, but they are hand me downs and still a bit too big. I really want those little feet to grow!

    That's adorable! I never liked Converse before, but I think I love them on babies now.

    The same thing happened with skinny jeans :p
