sometimes less really is more.

If you know me at all you know that I am
a "more is more" kind of girl.
(I am a maximalist to my core).

But sometimes less is more - especially when it comes to styling.  

Such is the case with these photos that I styled for Ace Summer School a couple months ago.  No jewelry, simple pretty hair and no other props aside from my rusty old bicycle and poppies from my backyard.  But, I love the look.  

Perhaps I'll be changing my tune...maybe less really is more.

    Those are really pretty! I feel like a lot of styling is over the top, but this is simple and beautiful.

    And I am so jealous that you have poppies in your backyard ;)

    I love simplicity in styling. It is timeless. I am always remembered of any 80's photos where more is more and how much that gets made fun of now. I would never want that to happen!!
